Quants Estimating are based on the edge of South West London and close to good road and rail links to London and the Home Counties.
Quants was set up by Geoff Day in 2007 following a growing demand from sub-contractors and contractors from the construction industry for the estimating services.
The team have provided quantified tenders for many trades such as ground workers, carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers, flooring and decorating sub-contractors over a number of years.
Clients have also included small to medium sized building contractors and fit out contractors.
Services have included tendering and contract administration through to final accounting.
Quants also provides the cost planning and budget estimating service to small and medium sized residential developers, builders and self-build clients.
Geoff Day
Geoff has over 30 years experience in the construction industry having worked for developers, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors. He has many years of estimating and surveying knowledge in most sectors of the industry such as residential developments, schools and hospitals. Geoff has also successfully project managed a number residential developments and refurbishment projects in a London hospital.
He is passionate about his work and prides himself on providing a professional service to the highest standards at all times.
